CRTPA BOARD

The CRTPA Board is comprised of representatives from Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon and Wakulla counties.  The Board is comprised of 15 members as follows:

 *   -    The number of voting points is determined by the number of voting members agreed upon by the Leon County Board of County  Commissioners.
**   -   The number of voting points is determined by the number of voting members agreed upon by the City of Tallahassee.
(1)  -    County representative will also represent the City of Monticello.
(2)  -    The Cities of Chattahoochee, Greensboro, Gretna, Havana, Midway and Quincy will consolidate their membership and weighted vote into one membership.
(3)  -    County representative will also represent the Cities of St. Marks and Sopchoppy.
(4)  -    The number of voting members is determined by the Leon County.  As of September 2010 Leon County had 7 members on the CRTPA Board.
(5)  -    The number of voting members is determined by the City of Tallahassee.  As of September 2010 the City of Tallahassee had 3 members on the CRTPA Board.

 

CRTPA BY-LAWS

The by-laws that govern the CRTPA were adopted on November 13, 2006.  The by-laws guide the functioning of the urban transportation planning process for the capital region.  Due to the recent approval of the CRTPA's Apportionment Plan to expand the agency to include all of Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon and Wakulla counties, the by-laws will be updated in the near future.  To review the existing by-laws, please click here.
