The FY 2012 - FY 2016 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) was adopted by the CRTPA Board on June 20, 2011. The TIP was most recently amendment at the November 2011 CRTPA Board meeting. To view the FY 2012 - 2016 TIP please click here.

The FY 2013 - FY 2017 CRTPA Transportation Priority Project Lists (PPLs) were adopted by the CRTPA Board on June 20, 2011. Click here to view the six PPLs adopted by the CRTPA (Regional Mobility Plan, Transportation Enhancements, Transportation Systems Management, StarMetro, Tallahassee Regional Airport and Strategic Intermodal Systems PPLs). One of the PPLs submitted by the CRTPA is the Transportation Enhancements PPL. Projects on this list are actively solicited by the CRTPA (click here to learn more about the CRTPA's transportation enhancements program). A public meeting to receive comments on the Draft PPLs was held May 26, 2011 (click here).
The FY 2011 - FY 2015 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) was approved by the CRTPA on June 21, 2010. A public meeting to present the document to citizens and receive public comment was held on May 19, 2010. The FY 2011 - FY 2012 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) was adopted by the CRTPA at the May 17, 2010 meeting. This document identifies the work efforts of CRTPA staff. The document may be viewed by clicking here.
The Public Involvement Process Plan has been developed to provide a proactive public involvement process in order to meet the need for better community involvement in the transportation planning process. The CRTPA PIPP was adopted at the January 11, 2010 CRTPA Board meeting and can be viewed by clicking here.
The Annual Listing of Federally Obligated Projects can be reviewed by clicking here. This listing includes all projects (listed by project funding code) that have received federal obligation in Fiscal Year 2010 (October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010). Pursuant to federal law, such a list "shall be published or made available by the metropolitan planning organization for public review" (Title 23 U.S.C. 134(h)(7)(B)).
CRTPA Congestion Management Process Report The CRTPA Congestion Management Process Report was adopted on September 21, 2009. This report identifies the process enabling the CRTPA to implement congestion management strategies throughout the CRTPA area and can be reviewed by clicking here.
CRTPA Bylaws were adopted by the CRTPA on November 13, 2006, can be reviewed by clicking here. This document sets forth the bylaws, policies and procedures of the CRTPA.

CRTPA Projects
The Regional Mobility Plan (the agency's Long Range Transportation Plan) was adopted on November 15, 2010. The RMP project page was updated on September 22, 2011 to include the Final Report. To learn more about the RMP, please click here.

The Woodville Highway (North) Corridor Study and Project Development and Environment Study (LIMITS: Capital Circle, SE to Gaile Avenue) is currently under development. To learn more about this project, please click here.
North Monroe Street Design and Safety Study was accepted by the CRTPA Board on September 20, 2010. The study was developed by Florida State University Department of Urban and Regional Planning Master's students in the summer of 2010 and provided recommendations for the corridor from Thomasville Road to Tharpe Street. The Trails Plan (click here) is a component of the Regional Mobility Plan that addresses linkages in regional trail systems. It is anticipated that the plan will be completed in March of 2011.
The Regional Transit Study (click here) was accepted by the CRTPA Board on March 15, 2010. The RTS was initiated to develop a long-term vision for transit within the capital region.
General Planning Consulting Projects have been developed and are outlined to include a project decritption and time period for completion. For more GPC information Click Here
