The  FY 2011 - FY 2015 CRTPA Transportation Priority Project Lists (PPLs) were adopted by the CRTPA Board on September 21, 2009.  At the meeting, the Board voted to set aside $1 million for the construction of bicycle and pedestrian projects as the agency's number one priority.  The PPLs are adopted annually by the CRTPA and provided to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).  Once received, the FDOT proceeds with development of the State's Annual Work Program (which provides funding for the construction of transportation projects).  The adopted lists can be reviewed by clicking here.  Detailed information on each adopted PPL can be found by reviewing the PPL agenda items from the September 21, 2009 Board meeting (click here). 

The FY 2011 - FY 2015 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) was approved by the CRTPA on June 21, 2010.  A public meeting to present the document to citizens and receive public comment was held on May 19, 2010.  To view the FY 2011 - 2015 TIP (which includes administrative amendments made in August 2010) please click here.  

The FY 2010 - FY 2014 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) was approved by the CRTPA on June 15, 2009.  A public meeting to present the document to citizens and receive public comment was held on May 26 & 27, 2009.  The document was most recently amended at the CRTPA May 17, 2010 Board meeting.  To view the adopted FY 2010 - 2014 TIP (which includes the most recent amendments made to the document in August 2010) please click here.  

The FY 2011 - FY 2012 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) was adopted by the CRTPA at the May 17, 2010 meeting.  This document identifies the work efforts of CRTPA staff.  The document may be viewed by clicking here.

The Public Involvement Process Plan has been developed to provide a proactive public involvement process in order to meet the need for better community involvement in the transportation planning process. The CRTPA PIPP is currently being revised and is scheduled to be adopted at the September 21, 2009 meeting subsequent to a public meeting being held in August 2009.  The draft PIPP can be reviewed by clicking here.

The CRTPA Year 2030 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) was adopted by the CRTPA on December 5, 2005.  For more information about this plan, please click here.

The Annual Listing of Federally Obligated Projects can be reviewed by clicking here.  This listing includes all projects (listed by project funding code) that have received federal obligation in Fiscal Year 2009 (October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009).  Pursuant to federal law, such a list "shall be published or made available by the metropolitan planning organization for public review" (Title 23 U.S.C. 134(h)(7)(B)).

The Tallahassee-Leon County Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan (BPMP) was adopted by the Tallahassee-Leon County MPO (now known as the CRTPA) on May 17, 2004 An executive summary of the BPMP can be viewed by clicking here.  This summary highlights the research, analysis and public involvement activities that were performed in the development of the Master Plan; the resulting projects, programs and policies that comprise the Master Plan; and the implementation strategy that will guide project and program activities over a 20-year planning horizon.  To learn more about this plan please click here.
